Dh 2 hri x g gym…
Sbb nye my upper body smue sakit..
Hahhaha tu lah nk wat sgt smue bnde…
My trainer kate tisu2 otot tu dh rosak dn akn diganti dgn tisu bru..
Tp akn amik mase skit…
Hurm.. nk drive pun xleyh cm ne? nk pkai shirt pun sakit..
Huh rasekn… xpe2..
Nk slim & fit kn?
So kne lalui smue ni…
Tp kemusykilan melanda…
I ask my trainer.. lau wat tu smue nnt x naik muscle ke?
Hahah sgt x cantek kalau perempuan de muscle..
Then he said, x akn naik muscle nye..
Melainkan amik supplement…
Owh so I don’t have to worry bout it…
Just nk fit & slim… bkn nk build muscle…
So then tomorrow Sunday kne g gym…
Lau x, dh 3 hri x g… nnt isnin pergi gym cmfirm dh ssh nk workout blik..
Sbb dh lme sgt rehatkn otot2 ni…
Hurmmm pnt? Mmg pnt tp puas…
Orait!! Gtg…. Nk tito…
Nnt kite smbung chit & chat ag ye..
